Shanghai Skate Park

This park is simply amazing! It's fun huge and not just in area but sheer size. You can skate any tranny from 2 ft quarters to 17 ft bowls to 25 ft+ full pipe. The park has- mondo bowl-10-17 ft with tunnel to 25 ft full pipe and a capsuled corner. Double capsule bowl-is about 9 ft with granite coping-steep as and fun as fuck. Six pack-only spines in the whole park-wtf? And they are big with no flat bottom to hit them. The bowl is about 8ft and is crazy-omar wouldn't even skate it! Mini bowl-#8 shape with 2 ft to 3 ft tranny-fun to learn. combo bowl from 5-6 ft to 10 ft-prob is 10 ft section is over vert. Really fun setup and has big bank wall and a nice rolling. The street section has everything-quarters stairs rails,actually the whole pk is a plaza style. Nice fun box-pretty standard Convic street setup. Also has a little mini to sesh. Peanut bowl-4 ft to 7 ft. Really tight but fun for carve lines. The vert ramp is about 100 ft wide and 14 ft to 17 ft or so-two huge roll ins-one being at least 20 ft. Getting little rusty though. And last of all, is comp section-complete with euro rails, hip, fun box-jump box, quarters and vert ramp 12-13 ft. This area has stadium seating and has a huge big screen TV so u can watch the comp from the rest of the pk and has a built in speaker system throughout the park, plus side is comp section is portable and will be shipped to bj for a while for gravity games. Park is run by SMP and is free, they have tried to impose laws such as no filming without permission and no glass bottles etc but they go unheeded. There is an SMP shop there but it sucks.
